Hello, I’m Michael Gill, a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in History and Education.
Over the course of my six-year career, I’ve gained valuable experience working at different fitness centers, including Urban Active in Nashville, Tennessee, and Orlando, Florida, as well as the YMCA in Smyrna, Tennessee. My certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) equips me with the knowledge to apply the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model. This allows me to design personalized training programs that prioritize correct form and execution, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of each workout.
At Bioform Fit, I advocate for a holistic fitness approach. I integrate muscle-strengthening exercises and active recovery techniques to not only enhance performance but also prevent injuries and promote overall health and well-being. Additionally, I hold CPR and AED certifications, further enhancing safety measures during client workouts.
